Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you decide that this is not the product for you, send it back to us within 30 days of placing your order and we’ll reimburse you to the original payment method, as long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out in this policy. The products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Our returns policy does not apply for the following:

  • Used items - products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging
  • Personalised items - these are bespoke items and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You have already returned the item once previously(an item can be returned once per order)
  • You have ordered 10 or more individual items, or you purchased more than 20 items within a 6 month period (applies to both individual and corporate customers)
  • The individual item was purchased at a discounted price (e.g. Final Call promotional purchases)

How To Return Items

Should you be returning your purchase to us then please contact in advance at  Aoraki [hello@aorakiclothing.com] and we will advise you of the procedure to return via DHL. 
Note that we will require the following information from you:  your full name, email address, order details at purchase, product purchased, and the reason you wish to return item.

 

Return Timeframe

Allow 2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to us by courier. Once we receive your return parcel your request will be processed, and you will be sent an email confirmation. Refunds are processed back on to the original payment method. ACL will not be held liable for lost in transit parcels.

Performance Promise

Every ACL product is performance tested by our team.  However, if something is not quite right, as our customer you have automatic guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act when goods are sold to you. If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a credit, replacement, or refund.  If you believe there is a fault with the item you have received, please reach out to our Customer Support, hello@aorakiclothing.com.
