Aoraki and their preferred international courier company DHL International Express (DHL) take our commitment to the planet seriously. That's why we proudly partner with DHL, utilizing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders. By investing in sustainable aviation fuel, we actively reduce the co2emissions associated with our shipments, minimizing our carbon footprint. We believe it's our responsibility to do what's right for the planet, and we want to empower our customers to make a positive impact too.

As part of the GoGreen imitative, Aoraki offers two options for delivering their Aoraki products to you.
 

Delivery Option One |

Courier | Directly to the Purchaser

For customers purchasing ACL produces direct for either themselves or for personal delivery.

Delivery Option Two | Courier | Directly to a Third Party 

Aoraki delivers Beanies and Scarfs worldwide via DHL International Express. If you're purchasing for yourself or perhaps as a gift for a business associate, friend or family member Aoraki delivers. No matter where they may be Aoraki delivers in days of dispatch.

Each Aoraki item is carefully packaged in a presentation box with a personalised message from you on a card. Maybe you have a special request for an item of bespoke knitwear to add to your Aoraki item; let us know and we'll see what we can do.

DHL sends the delivery documents to you the purchaser so you can track delivery progress all the way.

Delivery time 3-5 working days

The purchase will be delivered to the recipient's mailbox or alternatively to the nearest post office if the package does not fit the mailbox. Orders are shipped within three business days of being placed.

Worldwide (excluding New Zealand)
ACL is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to Australia, South Pacific, Asia, North America and Europe of Aoraki standard packs. NOTE, a standard pack contains 1 x beanie or 1 x scarf or 1 x Combo (1 x beanie and 1 x scarf).  We ship worldwide but prior to you committing to a purchase you should check with us as to the cost for shipping. We have competitive rates for all destinations not listed above .
  
Free Shipping applies on standard Combo, Beanie and Scarf packs in the presentation box.  Each presentation box containing either a single Beanie or Scarf or, in the case of a Combo pack a single Beanie plus a single Scarf.
For multiple packs we will offer you a quote based on the same great subsidized rates we have with DHL.
  
DHL offers hold-for-collection at service points and various convenient collection points, along with signature release (at customers own risk), redirections to an alternative address and delivery to neighbor if requested. This is managed through on demand delivery, which customers will receive via text and email when the order is placed with ACL.
DHL works from Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm (local time).
Orders are shipped within three business days of being placed in New Zealand.  Please add the company name if you want the package delivered to the recipient's desktop, (highly recommended).  Please note that we are unable to change the shipping destination once it has been dispatched.

ACL can deliver your purchase to many country's around the world.

With regards to understanding importing costs that may be liable at your destination country, we recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to placing an order with ACL.

ACL does not accept any responsibility or liability for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Ensuring a Safe Delivery to you

Please include a Company Name and Physical address if you are requesting a delivery to a business.  We do not deliver to post boxes.
Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted or interfered with.
Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided when you order.
Neither DHL nor ACL will take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the courier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.

Global Delivery Times

ACL uses New Zealand Post for New Zealand Purchases and DHL International Express for all Global deliveries excluding New Zealand.

DHL Express shipments are tracked from door to door, along with notifications with updates and expected delivery dates.

    • Australia (overnight delivery)   2 days
    • Southeast Asia                           1 to 3 days
    • Rest of Asia                                2 to 3 days
    • North America                            2 to 4 days
    • Europe                                        3 to 5 days
    • Rest of World                             4 to 8 days

Please Note:

DHL service does door to door delivery only. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control.  All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Order Confirmation e-mails

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information.
Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. 
Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.  Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Returns Policy.

Excluded Countries

Aoraki reserves the right to reject an order for any goods or services destined for delivery to a warzone or countries experiencing political or any national unrest.  If in doubt please check with Aoraki before placing an order that you think may be destined for such a location.
