1. Ukraine and Russia

We have made the difficult decision to suspend all deliveries to Ukraine and Russia for the foreseeable future.  This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and our team.  We want to express our heartfelt support for those affected by the conflict and hope for a peaceful resolution soon.

If you have placed an order that requires delivery to Ukraine or Russia, please be assured that those purchases will not be dispatched.  We understand that this may cause disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your understanding during these challenging times means a lot to us.

2.  United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs (effective 29 August 2025), we are currently suspending all shipping of orders from New Zealand to the United States (A → B), until further notice.

If you are a customer in the U.S. and would like to send a gift or order to a delivery address outside of the U.S. (A → C), we are pleased to confirm that this service remains available.
